A name, location, or other term entered in a partner search box is sent to the third-party company that operates the tool. Eagle County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy controls its handling of the query.

If you send an email or use a contact form, we retain the message and contact details as needed to respond. We do not share a message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
